NEW YORK, Feb. 18, 2009 - Bestselling author Barr McClellan has completed an epic analysis of the U.S. economy and recovery opportunities in a new book, ``Made in the USA,'' coming in April 7 from Hannover House, a division of Empire Film Group, Inc. . Researched and compiled over a five-year timeframe, McClellan's book describes how the loss of manufacturing jobs in the USA preceded the mortgage meltdown, and how a lasting economic recovery plan must include the resurgence of a strong manufacturing base.

He describes how Fair Trade with other nations is often beneficial, but only if balanced against purchasing policies which give preference to Made in the USA products.

Barr McClellan is a respected attorney, author and entrepreneur, with homes in both New York City and Gulfport, Mississippi. Killed J.F.K.'' was an insider's account of McClellan's years as an attorney for the Austin, Texas based Clark Law Firm, which represented former President Lyndon Baines Johnson.
